NuneX Enterprises LLC's contract with HPREC #3 includes all Zoho Cloud Solutions (50+ Applications), Synology Hybrid Cloud, Call Center, and Cyber Security Cloud Solutions for use in the State of New Mexico (NM) to include all Education (K-12), Higher Education (Colleges and Universities), Federal, State, Municipal, Local government, Native American Indian Tribal Government, and related entities that operate and reside in the state of NM. The entity leveraging this contract vehicle is NOT required to pay HPREC any associated fees, percentages, or obtain membership in their consortium; but rather, be a valid State of NM entity that qualifies under its contract scope.
Under the 200 New Mexico Statute Section 13-1-56 (NM Stat § 13-1-56 (2017) HPREC would qualify as an "External Procurement Unit" which allows other states to leverage our Alternative Cloud Solutions for their technology needs.

NuneX Enterprises LLC's contract with NM CES covers Information Technology (IT) Professional Services as a Our contract addendum also includes all Zoho Cloud Solutions (50+ Applications), Synology Hybrid Cloud, and Cyber Security Cloud Solutions for use in the State of New Mexico (NM). The entity leveraging this contract vehicle is usually NOT required to pay CES any associated fees, percentages, etc. for use; however, membership as a CES entity is required.
Procurement Partners also include CES Contract Holders that have been awarded contracts based on CES’s relationship with Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA).
The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies/political subdivisions organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states. AEPA Membership consist of 29 states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. AEPA primary customer-base is K-12 schools, but many members extend their contracts to higher education, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. This differs slightly in each state, based on the charters of the member agencies. AEPA uses Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for bidders to submit their response.
Under the New Mexico Statute Section NMSA 13-1-63; the term of the contract is for four (4) years beginning March 3,<br>2021 and expires March 2, 2025, pursuant to 13-1-150 (NM Stat § 13-1-56 (2017). CES qualifies as an "External Procurement Unit" which allows other states to leverage our contract Information Technology Professional Services with them.
