These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by NuneX Enterprises LLC ("NuneX," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from NuneX, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy at www.nunexenterprises.com/privacy-policy.
1. Program Description
The NuneX Customer Service and Account Notifications program sends text messages to customers and contacts who have opted in. Messages may include:
- Support ticket updates and resolution notices
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service, maintenance, and outage notifications
- Account communications, including quote and invoice notices
NuneX does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our Contact Us form at www.nunexenterprises.com/contact-us, or by giving us your express consent in writing or verbally when requesting service. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message:
"NuneX: Thanks for subscribing to NuneX service and support texts! Reply HELP for help. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out."
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NuneX.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account and service activity.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your wireless carrier according to your mobile plan. NuneX does not charge for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
To opt back in, reply START or submit the Contact Us form again with the SMS consent box checked.

For help, reply HELP to any message, email Support@NuneX.net, or call 877-504-5445.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network coverage.
8. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years of age. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.
9. Privacy
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
